We used 4 Forks Catering for a private event at our home and I highly recommend them. Darla and staff were timely and had everything ready to go before the event started, and they managed the buffet smoothly so that we did not have to worry about a thing. We had numerous comments on how good the food was from our guests. Their cost was also very reasonable for the quality of both the food and the service. They left our home in great shape and we enjoyed the leftovers nicely packaged for us.

This email is very late in coming, but I wanted to thank you for doing such a wonderful job on our son's wedding. The staff was exceptional, the food delicious, the presentation beautiful. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything. It just magically happened.
It was a leap of faith coming from across the country, and having only talked to you on the phone, to know how everything would turn out. We were more than impressed. Trina Neel's recommendation was spot on!

4 Forks Catering was a great choice. She presented lots of options and opportunities beforehand, to taste test her food so that we knew exactly what we were getting and what the presentation would be like.
My son's wedding was at 5pm with just family and close friends. 4 Forks prepared a variety of sandwich wraps and condiments, as a light supper to tide them over until the reception which started at 7pm.
We chose to serve crepes with different toppings, a variety of cookies and fresh fruit for that wedding reception. We had so many compliments on the food!! 3 more of our sons have married and all of our daughter-in-laws have chosen 4 Forks because all the family and friends have raved about the food Darla and 4 Forks prepares. They all had different menus because they knew a lot of the same people would be attending. 4 Forks has a great range of food items to choose from. It seems like every bride wants something unique. Darla is always experimenting and coming up with new ideas and they are always delicious.
Darla is professional, calm and very pleasant to work with. Her staff seems to really enjoy what they are doing. They are friendly and helpful with guests and very efficient with set up and clean up and keeping things running smoothly throughout the event.
I have recommended 4 Forks Catering to anyone who asks for recommendations-and even to those who don't :)

Several guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Darla was easy to work with, she was right on time and I didn’t have to do a thing.

I used 4 Forks catering for my wedding reception, and was thoroughly impressed by every detail -- as were my guests. The food was exceptional and everyone raved about it. The tortellini Greek salad and roast beef sliders were amazing, but the crowd favorite was definitely the oatmeal toffee cookies! The entire staff was incredibly nice and thoughtful and very efficient. Darla worked with me from out of state and made sure everything went smoothly, I would use her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking for affordable and excellent catering.

Hi Darla, I hope you have recovered from Sat. Everything was wonderful!!!! People have continued to rave about the wonderful food. These wonderful comments have even come from my brother who has a restaurant and catering service in Idaho and Jennie's sister, who just graduated from a culinary program in Pittsburgh and won awards of her baking. She was offered a job with a prestigious bakery in Pittsburgh, but then her husband was offered a great job her in Utah so they just moved here.
Marsha Nicholson said that they have had at least one wedding reception or wedding in their backyard for the past fifteen years and that this was the best food ever.
I think you need to consider writing a book with you recipes. It is interesting to hear about the favorites people have. Many really loved the salad. Others found the chicken to be their favorite and the meat balls were a big hit with many. The cookie dough cup cakes received rave reviews, too.

4 Forks Catering provided the food for my wedding and I was so pleased with everything. The price was perfect for my budget yet the food was fantastic. The workers were very professional and did such a good job. Everyone loved the food that was served, especially the crepes. I loved the food too, once I was finally able to sneak away to eat! I highly recommend 4 Forks to anyone in need of a great caterer that is reasonably priced.

Amanda and Sterling's wedding has been probably my favorite of 2014. Being in the wedding party and being the wedding photographer isn't always the easiest, but it is always so amazing being able to capture the special moments of your bestie and her new man. Why was this wedding one of my fav’s!? Let me count the ways... The Florals by Jamie Bellessa were to DIE for. Everything was the perfect touch of gold and class... mmmm. Not to mention the FOOD.. 4 Forks Catering did an amazing job, not only did it look beautiful it tasted even better than it looked.
